Standard and special dies

To meet all your requests and requirements, we offer 3 variants of dies:

• Standard dies available from stock: delivery time of 48 hours ex works.
• Rectangular dies available from stock: delivery time of 72 hours ex works.
• Dies machined to measure according to your plans and specifications

The pairing of rings and dies allows us to offer you 3 adjustment categories:

• Category I: For cutting very thin sheet metal / For clearance between punch and die of less than 0.02 mm per side.
• Category II: For cutting sheet metal in excess of 0.4 mm / For clearance between punch and die of 0.02 mm to 0.06 mm per side
• Category III: for stamping tool / For clearance between punch and die of 0.08 mm per side.
